Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game Cyber Exodus (iOS, macOS, Windows) and this website cyberexodusgame.com collect, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Cyber Exodus is developed by YevhenTech (yevhentech.com), an independent developer based in the European Union, which is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: hello@yevhentech.com.

The game

No account, no personal profile

You do not need an account to play. Your progress, settings and purchases status are stored locally on your device (and, on iOS, in your own device backups). We do not receive your save files.

Advertising (free iOS version only)

The free iOS version offers optional rewarded ads: an ad plays only when you tap a button offering a reward (for example, doubling a mission reward). There are no banners and no ads that interrupt play. The paid Mac and PC versions contain no ads.

Rewarded ads are served through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform and its ad network partners (which may include Google AdMob). To show and measure ads, these providers may process:

• device and app information (device model, OS version, language, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP);
• ad interaction data (ad shown, completed, tapped);
• the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

We ask for tracking permission only right before the first time you choose to watch an ad, never at launch. If you decline, you still get rewards; ads are simply non-personalised. In the EU/EEA and UK you will see a consent form before any ad, and you can change your choice later in the game settings. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

These providers act under their own privacy policies: AppLovin, Google.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or the store you bought the game from. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so the game can unlock it.

Crash and diagnostics data

If you opted in to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may share anonymised crash reports with us. We use them only to fix bugs.

This website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Fonts and media are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser user agent and time of request) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). See Vercel's privacy policy.

If you email us (for example to join early access), we use your email address only to reply and, if you asked, to tell you when the game launches. We delete it on request.

Children

Cyber Exodus is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Ads in the game are configured as non-personalised for users who indicate they are children where the platform provides this signal.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold almost no personal data ourselves, most requests concern our ad partners; we will help you reach them. Write to hello@yevhentech.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention and transfers

Emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Ad partners and our hosting provider may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We will update this page when the game or its services change, and update the date at the top.
